I'm excited to get you your order! Generally, customized orders are shipped 5-7 business days after the order date. Once your order is placed, here's what you can expect:
Phase 1: Order processing & Review - 1-2 business days. Select products needed and verify design.
Phase 2: Production - 3-5 business days. Creation of your personalized product.
Phase 3: Shipping - 7 business days or less. This is dependent on your shipping method and confirmation of payment. UPS Ground is the standard shipping method and typically takes 5 business days or less for domestic shipments. International shipments are currently not being accepted.

Note: Products in the shop can be purchased today, and I'll ship your order in as quickly as 48 hours. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates are based on package weight and size and origin-to-destination distance. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee. Shipping rates are subject to change at anytime.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from Cherished Pieces and More, you are eligible for full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Simple send me a message and I will contact you to discuss the details regarding your purchase. If your product arrived damaged, immediately contact customer service, and return it within 14 calendar days for a similar product or refund and return shipping is free.
After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.

PAYMENT METHOD
Currently accepting payments by debit or credit cards in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal. All payment amounts will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Sales tax is already included in your order.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the balance due upon completion of the order prior to shipping.
